How overseas buyers source from China

A short practical guide — especially for items that are hard to buy abroad or much cheaper here.

If you live outside China, buying local products can be confusing: language barriers, payment limits, factories that do not sell retail overseas, and shipping rules. That is exactly where a personal sourcing assistant helps.

When this service makes sense

  • The item is common in China but rare or overpriced in your country
  • You need custom gifts, packaging, hobby parts, tools, or China-market accessories
  • You have a photo or link but cannot complete the purchase yourself

How a typical order works

  1. You send a description, photo, or product link
  2. We reply with a free quote: product cost, estimated shipping, known fees, and our service fee
  3. You approve, then pay product + service fee so we can buy
  4. We purchase, inspect, and share QC photos
  5. After weighing, you pay actual shipping — then we ship with tracking

Pricing, simply

Product and shipping are at cost. Our income is the service fee (usually 10%, minimum $10 for personal orders). We are based in China and receive internationally via Payoneer, PingPong, Wise, or PayPal invoice — details come with your quote.

What we will not source

Orders must appear lawful for China export and for import into your country. Restricted, banned, or high-risk items may be declined.
