What I collect
When you request a quote or send a message, I receive the details you provide, such as your name, email, country, product link, quantity, budget and message. Please do not send passport numbers, payment-card details or other sensitive information.
If you allow optional analytics, I also collect the page visited, referral source, device type, browser language, approximate city/country and visit duration. Necessary browser storage remembers language, privacy choice and your chat session.
Why I use it
I use this information to answer requests, prepare quotes, provide sourcing and shipping support, prevent abuse, keep records of agreed work and understand which pages are useful. I do not sell personal data.
Services that process data
- Netlify hosts the website and receives normal server logs.
- Supabase stores authenticated chat, quote and opted-in analytics records.
- FormSubmit delivers quote and message notifications by email.
- Google Translate receives chat text for automatic translation; MyMemory may be used as a fallback if the primary service fails.
- ipapi receives your IP address only if you allow analytics, to return approximate location.
These providers may process data outside your country. Do not use chat for confidential designs or trade secrets; email first so a suitable method can be agreed.
Retention and your choices
Quote and message records are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, and analytics for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is needed for an active order, tax, fraud or legal record. You may decline analytics without losing site features. You may ask for access, correction or deletion by email; I may need to verify your identity first.
Security and children
Access controls and encrypted connections are used, but no online service can promise zero risk. This service is for adults who can enter a purchase agreement and is not directed to children.
